Jane is obsessed with accelerating change at scale through conscious leadership. Her passion, expertise and two decades of experience are anchored at the intersection of technology and human potential. Jane’s past work includes leadership roles at eBay, Sotheby’s and Mozilla. She has founded and run large international teams, expanded organizations globally, built products, ran marketing departments and grown large scale open source communities. She was part of the founding team of jungle.com, the UK’s first large-scale Internet company. Jane is also the President and Founder of The Coaching Fellowship, a 501c3 non-profit which nurtures and brings together some of the world’s most extraordinary emerging young women leaders in social change.

Enfant Terrible & Co-Founder

Pascal is Co-Founder (and enfant terrible) at be radical and Singularity University’s Chair for Entrepreneurship & Open Innovation. Pascal is also a Venture Partner at BOLD Capital Partners, Peter Diamandis' $250M VC fund. He has spent his career pushing the boundaries of technology and passionately believes it can profoundly impact the betterment of humankind. Pascal’s past work includes founding eBay’s Platform Solutions Group in Europe, launching a global consulting firm, and investing into early-stage tech startups. He led Mozilla’s Open Innovation Lab, their accelerator program WebFWD, and headed up Mozilla’s Office of the Chair. As Principal at Google.org, he invested into social impact organizations around the globe. Further, he publishes the opinionated newsletter, “The Heretic”, and is the author of the book “The Heretic - Daily Therapeutics for Entrepreneurs”.


Maria Fernanda (Mafe) Saldarriaga

Strategic Consultancy Lead, Partner

Mafe leads be radical's strategic consultancy division, working with clients globally on innovation strategy and implementation. Previously, Mafe led Business Development at Fastrack Institute helping cities transform by adopting exponential technologies to create positive change for its citizens. She worked directly with Salim Ismail, first executive director of Singularity University and award-winning book author, and developed Fastracks in numerous cities around the globe. At Hult International Business School, Mafe was responsible for sales and marketing of Master Degree Programs throughout Latin America, leading Hult's efforts in eight countries. Mafe is a mentor to many organizations and currently serves as a board director for the medical cannabis company PharmaCielo, based in Colombia. Mafe is passionate about inspiring individuals to live a radically different life.


Amber Smith

Executive Assistant

Amber is Pascal's executive assistant, and supports the be radical team to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Amber's previous work includes case management and program development in the humanitarian and non-profit sector, usually working to improve the lives of at-risk individuals through therapies, community support, and fundraising. Most recently, she worked as a content creator for Mike Smith Live developing The Harbor by Josten’s and other educational materials and mentor programs for student leaders. Amber is driven to make a difference, she loves helping others to realize and reach their full potential.

With decades long dog years experience in tail wagging, ball fetching, and eating whatever he can score, Hucky is an invaluable member of the radical team. Hucky is completely dedicated to the wellness, presence of mind and general joy of life at radical not only for the team, but also our partners, clients and wider community.
